I shot this video with my iPhone and then uploaded it to Vimeo that night. I then placed it in my Player Profile Website for this blog. This is a great example of what you could possibly send off to College Coaches showing them your training regiment(your own video training in your sport). It’s extremely easy and increases your chances of getting seen by your potential Coach. Enjoy!
